Terms and Conditions for Pluuto

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pluuto mobile application and related services operated by Pluutoverse Enterprises LLP, located in Calicut, Kerala, India. By accessing or using the Pluuto application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Pluuto

Pluuto is an event discovery platform that allows users to find events and experiences and allows event organizers to publish events. Users may also purchase event tickets through the platform where available.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the application, users may be required to create an account. Users may register using a phone number with OTP verification or through supported third‑party login providers such as Google.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

3. Age Requirement

Pluuto is intended for users aged 13 years and above. Individuals under the age of 13 should use the application only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Event Listings

Event organizers may create accounts and submit events for listing on the Pluuto platform. All event submissions are subject to review and approval by the Pluuto administration team before they are published.

Event listings on Pluuto are currently free of charge for organizers.

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, including event descriptions, schedules, venues, ticket prices, and any other event-related content.

Pluuto acts only as a platform to facilitate event discovery and ticket purchases and is not responsible for the organization, management, or execution of events.

6. Ticket Purchases

Users may purchase event tickets through the Pluuto application where ticketing is enabled. Payments are processed through third‑party payment gateways.

Some events listed on Pluuto may redirect users to external ticketing platforms. In such cases, the purchase will be governed by the terms and policies of the respective third‑party platform.

7. Refund Policy

Refund policies are determined by the respective event organizers. Pluuto does not control or guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated by the organizer of the event.

Users should review the refund policy of the event before purchasing tickets.

8. Ticket Transfers

Users may transfer tickets to another person where such functionality is supported within the Pluuto platform.

9. Content Guidelines

Organizers must not publish events that involve illegal activities, scams, misleading information, harmful content, or activities that violate applicable laws.

Pluuto reserves the right to remove or reject any event that violates these guidelines.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Pluuto reserves the right to suspend or terminate user or organizer accounts if they are found to be violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or misusing the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pluuto is not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, or issues arising from participation in events listed on the platform. All events are organized by independent third‑party organizers.

12. Changes to These Terms

Pluuto may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
